COMMERCIAL SPACES

We love the challenge of commercial design and watching the many moving pieces come together to form public spaces that excite those who get to experience them. From retail, hospitality and beyond we are ready to partner with you to ensure your interiors tell a story about your business.

STAGING SERVICES

A well-staged property is key to selling your home quickly and for top dollar. We work with both real estate agents and sellers to stage homes in a way that makes a potential buyer envision themselves in your home and get excited about a space.

Dream home for The Howard Family

Property: New Build

Budget: $150,000

Timeline: 9 mo

This project at Brasada Ranch, located in Powell Butte, Oregon was a dream to design. Our client wanted a clean marriage between modern and rustic aesthetics, and we were able to deliver on time and on budget. This is their forever home, so we took special care in selecting pieces that were unique to this home and the client’s style, and told a story about the space. We worked with local artisans to create custom pieces, sourced local materials, and worked tirelessly to find items that were new and exciting. This client loved taking some design risks and it shows in the final product. Check out the testimonial from this client for more about this project and our involvement.

With Kyle, we immediately felt like we had someone that cared as much about the finishing touches on our home as we did.
We bonded over our belief in interior design that had clean, bold pieces that were relevant to the style of our home, while representing quality and elegance. He illustrated an exceptional commitment level
while providing service beyond every expectation.”

An older home gets a new life

Property: Remodel

Budget: $35,000

Timeline: 3 months

We love a good mid-century modern design, and this was no exception. Our client purchased their forever home and had an initial remodel budget, but didn’t know where to start. We worked with our client to maximize their budget and transformed the main level of their home. They wanted classic mid-century lines but with a brighter color palette and unique furniture. This client also asked to be challenged by the design team to go for new and exciting materials that they wouldn’t always choose, but trusted our expertise to implement them seamlessly into the space. Check out the testimonial below from this client for more about this project and our involvement!

We had no idea where to start, and were fairly gun shy picking things out. Kyle was able to bring us out of our comfort zone and expose us to new ideas, textures, pieces and colors. We can’t even put into words how thrilled we are with the results! We are extremely grateful we had his wisdom, taste, skill, and genuine camaraderie throughout the entire process.

Casita Guest House in Powell Butte

Property: New Construction

Budget: $50,000

Timeline: 5 months

Nothing is more exciting to us than a repeat client. Juliana & Scott Howard reached out to us to help them design a guest casita on their property in Powell Butte. This time instead of a classic mountain modern aesthetic, they wanted something that would delight and surprise their guests. Being tequila connoisseurs they wanted something with a Spanish flair that was a total contrast to their main home. This project will include adobe clay surfaces, oversized terra cotta tile floors and pops of desert colors to bring it all together. Oh, don’t forget the wading pool and outdoor shower that will be steps from the front door. This project is slated to be completed late 2020 so check back for more details!
