We had the pleasure of working with Kyle Siemens of Brass House Designs on a second home we were building in Central Oregon.  Kyle listened to the type of look we were hoping for, walked our current home to get a sense of our style and quickly went to work on creating a vision beyond our wildest dreams. 

We immediately felt like we had someone that cared as much about the finishing touches on our home as we did.  We bonded together with our aligned belief of an interior design that had clean, bold pieces that were relevant to the style of our home, while representing quality and elegance. He presented fresh ideas and an eye for detail as he guided us through the process of choosing our décor.  

We trusted his incredible expertise and talent as he proved over and over again that he was the right person for the job.  He illustrated an exceptional commitment level while providing service beyond expectation.  He reviewed his ideas with us either in person or through on-line visual examples, and took the initiative of working with all the pertinent vendors. Kyle took care of all the ordering as well as managed the logistics on delivery. Upon arrival, he also obsessed over the condition of the items and ensured timely, quality installation. He made many trips to Central Oregon to take personal accountability on achieving this high-level service. His detailed follow-up was always prompt and his communication was exceptional. 

When our move-in date was determined, Kyle proudly prepared our house for the big reveal. He unpacked everything, constructed furniture when relevant, had our artwork installed in just the right locations, and placed our rugs and furniture in the rooms we had planned. We gave him freedom to pick out home accessories, accent tables, bedding, towels, dishes, utensils, glasses and kitchenware. He even went the extra mile in providing us with the necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials!  Kyle created unique dimensions throughout the house, such as barn wood backing behind the dart board, wine barrel stools, a ‘family wall’ full of memorable pictures, a spa-influenced master bedroom and bath, along with wall-paper and  feature walls that popped with a fresh paint color. He brilliantly incorporated both of our style tastes in a way that maintained the look and feel of a mountain modern home.

When we arrived, we were greeted with Champaign and a beautiful cheese and charcuterie board.  We walked through with tremendous pride and tears of joy realizing our new home had the style, warmth and beauty we had hoped for. We were in awe of how it all came together.  Kyle truly turned our house into a home that we are so very proud of!  As our builder so aptly put, Kyle can make any home look like a million bucks!

Kyle with Brass House Designs has been an absolute life saver for my husband and I. We recently purchased a new home and it's always been our dream to a have mid-century modern theme and the house we purchased was the perfect canvas to bring that dream to life. We had no idea where to start, and were fairly gun shy picking things out. Kyle was able to bring us out of our comfort zone and expose us to new ideas, textures, pieces and colors. We completed the main level of our home which includes flooring, paint, wallpaper, light fixtures, furniture, art and decorative pieces. He was always available for our endless calls/texts and responded promptly and enthusiastically. We can't even put into words how thrilled we are with the results! We are extremely grateful we had his wisdom, taste, skill, and genuine camaraderie throughout the entire process. We can't thank you enough, Kyle!
